STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Discover
2. click on "Settings" in the sidebar
3. click on "Add source" button

OBSERVED RESULT
a popup opens and we need to click on the text field before start to type
or paste something

EXPECTED RESULT
text field should automtically be focused when the popup opens

it's reproducible again on neon unstable.
