I have the same popup after uninstalling an app. A possibly relevant merge request was started @ https://invent.kde.org/plasma/discover/-/merge_requests/24 Git commit 8d97115e6d2bbbd60921de43faae0216d0501c53 by Nate Graham. Close progress sheet when last transaction finishes Otherwise it just awkwardly sits there with just a header and nothing below it, which looks preeeeeeety weird.
