I made a download test on Win7 and Win10 (2004). On both PC's the download is working. This seems to be an issue on your end, maybe with the provider or VPN. The link from https://kdenlive.org/en/download/ should direct to https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/kdenlive-20.04.1.exe and not to a Chinese server. Please try this link https://files.kde.org/kdenlive/release/kdenlive-20.04.1.exe. The link you wrote works. But did you use a asian(maybe Japanese, Hong Kong, ...) IP. Because when I tried both with and without vpn, that's the url I get. But when I use a VPN server in the US, I can download it. Is the link (https://mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/kde-application/kdenlive/release/kdenlive-20.04.1.exe) an official mirror? It seems to be the only mirror we get in this area. It seems that the mirror is listed https://files.kde.org/extra/download-mirrors.html but the link is not proper set. We are using another server for downloads now. Can you please test: https://download.kde.org/stable/kdenlive/20.12/windows/kdenlive-20.12.3.exe.mirrorlist Let us know how it goes.
