Comment 1 Christoph Feck 2020-08-15 07:12:38 UTC
Is this issue only visible with KCharSelect, or also other KDE applications, such as KCalc?
Comment 2 Safeer Pasha 2020-08-15 10:41:11 UTC
(In reply to Christoph Feck from comment #1)

this behaviour is only observed in KCharselect.
Kcalc seems fine. (I cant do full screen on Kcalc), but other than this, everything looks okay on Kcalc.
Comment 3 Christoph Feck 2020-08-16 01:54:01 UTC
Oh, indeed I see Fullscreen mode is disabled for KCalc. Any other KDE application you tried? I don't see anything special in KCharSelect that should make it behave differently than other KDE applications.

(In reply to Christoph Feck from comment #3)

I have not seen any other application that behaves this way.
Comment 5 Safeer Pasha 2020-09-23 10:22:51 UTC
the issue is solved in:

Operating System: Solus 4.1
KDE Plasma Version: 5.19.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.74.0
Qt Version: 5.14.2
Kernel Version: 5.6.19-158.current
Comment 6 Christoph Feck 2020-10-21 00:45:15 UTC
Thanks for the update; changing status. Since nothing was changed in kcharselect, let's assume the issue was elsewhere.
