SUMMARY
This bug began after fresh install of neon unstable based on ubuntu 20.04.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open System Settings on Wayland
2. click on Bluetooth in the sidebar
3. minimize and restore System Settings window

OBSERVED RESULT
See the attached screenshot please.
The left half is rendered when I hover over the area where the sidebar should be.

EXPECTED RESULT
System Settings should always be fully rendered

cannot reproduce with the new Bluetooth kcm available in master branch.
