Downstream: https://bugs.launchpad.net/dolphin/+bug/1890791 Cannot reproduce. On my system (openSUSE Tumbleweed), when I use "mkdir" or "touch" in Konsole to create a new item, it is automatically added in the Dolphin view. Also, "rm" removes the item from the Dolphin view. Sounds like a broken inotify.
