SUMMARY

the website was tried to open and it doesn't work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. The URL was copied into the chrome search engine 
2. The website did not open
3. The URL is entered in another Firefox search engine and did not generate any positive results either.
4. Finally the url was checked again a day later and it still doesn't work.


OBSERVED RESULT

the website does not work, it does not load in any browser.
EXPECTED RESULT
the website should work correctly in any browser.
