SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Use Firefox to launch the website
2. Go to home page
3. Click on "Get Quotes"

OBSERVED RESULT
Only brought option for First name of Insurer

EXPECTED RESULT

It should bring both the First and Last name option

I have no idea what this bug is about. Analitza is a mathematical analysis tool.

Aleix, appearantly some mentor is abusing our bug tracker to teach his students how to use Bugzilla. There are also various other tickets.
