When using several konsole windows, it'would be way easier to distinguish these windows by a custom prefix to konsole window's title. 

Let's say konsole has two tabs, one with title "mc" , one with "ssh something". After setting a title prefix "my precious", I'd see titles "my precious - mc" and "my precious - ssh something". 

IMHO putting it in menu under "Settings" seems to be a natural choice.
