It's hard to find where the code and bugtrackers are of the kde-frameworks snaps

For the kde-frameworks-5-*core18 snaps I really wasn't able to find the source.

I think adding links to the source code and bugtrackers in the snap description migt be useful.

Core 18 is obsolete. 
The core 22 snapcraft.yamls are generated with a ruby script found here:
https://invent.kde.org/packaging/snapcraft-kde-applications/-/tree/Neon/release/kde-frameworks-core22
