SUMMARY
Yakuake doesn't appear on a second screen when there is a panel at the top.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Adjust the logical location of the two monitors. Make sure that one of the monitors is above the other one.
2. Let's mark the bottom monitor as "main".
3. Add a panel at the top of the main monitor.

OBSERVED RESULT
Yakuake still appears on the main monitor. However, it no longer appears on the top monitor after adding that panel.

EXPECTED RESULT
Yakuake should still appears on both monitors.
