SUMMARY
When I put mouse cursor out of the dock, the animation speed becomes too slow. It looks ugly and I think it should be fixed. I am using Parrot Security OS v4.9.

you can blame Plasma animation updates...
only solution is to update to Latte Git version...
v0.9.x is not maintained any more.
