SUMMARY
I have seen this bug in KDE using Wayland, but it seems to be triggered by something (I could not figure out why), it's not always present. The result is that I cannot move a window to another workspace by dragging in the workspace grid. Other methods work. I tried with GTK (Firefox) and Qt (Kate, Dolphin, Konsole) windows to the same results. Sorry I have too few details about what triggers it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Drag a window to another workspace in workspace grid
2. Drop the window
3. Nothing happens

OBSERVED RESULT
The window is not moved to the destination workspace

EXPECTED RESULT
The window should be in the other workspace

I updated to development version in Kubuntu. The bug is still present.

what do you mean by "workspace grid"? Possibly duplicate of bug 436823
