SUMMARY

When using KDE's global shortcut launching the Activity Entries the set shortcuts are offset by one. See attached image for clarity. 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. build latte from source
2. configure latte and shortcuts as shown in the attachment
3. press and hold meta key

OBSERVED RESULT
Numbering starts from second item of the taskbar.

EXPECTED RESULT

Numbering should start from the first item of the taskbar.
