SUMMARY
On a raspberrypi4, 4GB, Ktorrent Version 5.1.1 and 4000 torrents loaded.
In queue manager it is possible to change the number of seeds,a few works fine ten or 100 even. All at once thou was too much!

4000 torrents loaded. Well you're going to kill your device, no matter what it is. I'd recommend trying a headless torrent client for something like a Rapsberry Pi if you need to seed this many torrents.
