SUMMARY
It is hard to contribute to the System Settings component of KDE, because its "About" dialog window does not contain any links except https://bugs.kde.org

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open "System Settings"
2. Click hamburger menu in the top left
3. Click "About System Settings"

Reassigning to kxmlgui since that's where the dialog comes from.

Some basic Getting Started information would indeed be cool, like a link to the source code and the getting started wiki.
