SUMMARY

Cannot log out of KDE


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the start menu
2. Click Leave
3. Click Logout

OBSERVED RESULT The screen goes black and all you are left with is a cursor on the screen. The log out process does not complete and take you back to the log in screen


EXPECTED RESULT -- To be logged out

Cannot reproduce. Is there any chance a system upgrade was interrupted in the middle? Sometimes that can cause these symptoms.

No.. I upgraded just fine from 31 to 32.

I sat here and watched the computer upgrade from Fedora 31 to 32 and I never saw any error messages or anything.
