SUMMARY
when I press "Alt+F2" or "Search" the krunner window does not open. Launching "krunner" executable activates the window. Other applications can be activated via their shortcuts.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press "Alt+F2"
OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens.

EXPECTED RESULT
Krunner window opens

U noticed this issue on neon unstable a few hours ago.
alt+space doesn't work too.

Same issue after updating all packages. But after killing and restarting kglobalaccel5 it works again.
