I think this applies to a lot of people not only with the "pandemic" but also now there are more and more people using softphones/voip. To help me find out how to make KAlarm show in the applications list in the sound configuration settings, can you please give an example of an application which can appear there. On my system, I don't see any applications listed. Keeping a note here to help in coding this feature in future: A list of audio devices is given by Phonon::BackendCapabilities::availableAudioOutputDevices(). I've still to find out how KAlarm could be added to System Settings sound configuration. |
