Confirmed on git master, kwrite takes about 5 seconds to process all 300,000+ replacements and uses minimal RAM Running on kate I gave up after about 2 minutes and it was still consuming RAM, 8GB and counting. A possibly relevant merge request was started @ https://invent.kde.org/utilities/kate/-/merge_requests/137 This has been fixed with https://invent.kde.org/utilities/kate/-/merge_requests/142 |
