while the gwenview application in kubuntu distro uses qt5-image-formats-plugins to get webp support, the absence of which in the snap app makes gwenview unable to display webp images

Fixed in https://invent.kde.org/scarlettmoore/gwenview/-/commit/a3411989521ae50961629633ca75e9840558bac6 commit and has been released to stable channel. Please update to 23.08.3
