SUMMARY
The drawings coloring has turned gray except for a few small sections of color. Hovering over the layers shows the correct coloring as does the thumbnail for the file on the main screen after opening Krita. A previous version of the drawing shows the same error. Updated to 4.3.1 beta as of 7/9/2020. Didn't not correct anything. Drawing was fine after I saved and closed it 7/6/2020. Upon reopening the file, thee days later, the coloring was corrupted.

1.Open Krita 
2.Select file 
3.See missing colors

Hi,
Someone on the Krita support page actually figured out the issue. I had two color masks under a layer that caused the issue. Not sure if it still counts as a bug, I think layers are limited to one color mask.
