SUMMARY
After starting latte dock either from the menu, the command line or from discover it is running but not visible on either of my monitors...

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. start latte-dock
2. Look for it on the screen...not showing up anywhere...
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
No observable latte-dock


EXPECTED RESULT
I would expect to see the latte-dock application on one of my monitors, screen 1 or screen 2 as it did in kubuntu 19.10

Start Latte dock from command prompt with:

latte-dock -d

what is the output?

I found a resolution to the bug...I had to delete all of the latte directories under .config:

find . | grep latte
cd .config
rm -rf latte
rm -rf lattedockrc 
find . | grep latte
latte-dock --replace

probably a layout problem.
