STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up you plasma to use breeze dark plasma style and breeze light window colors
2. Add weather widget to panel
3. Open full representation

OBSERVED RESULT
"3 days" and "details" tab captions use dark font color
(screenshot is attached)

EXPECTED RESULT
Light font color

This is fixed as of 5.23 at least.
