SUMMARY

When HiDPI Scale is set to 200% on X11 there is a small gap between the toolbar and any maximised windows, I usually notice it more with Konsole, and whatever is behind is shown - usually a single line of chrome. If I switch into Wayland the gap is no longer there

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start with a fresh plasma install in X11
2. Set the HiDPI Scale to 200%
3. Open an app maximised
4. Open Konsole maximised
5. Notice a small gap between the bottom toolbar and Konsole showing whatever is behind

OBSERVED RESULT

Small gap between the toolbar and the bottom of Konsole

EXPECTED RESULT

No gap, this is what happens in Wayland, under X11 the gap can be seen
