SUMMARY

When starting with a fresh Plasma install and setting the HiDPI scale to 200% the cursors in X11 aren't scalled correctly and need to be doubled manually

Switching to Wayland everything looks fine

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start with a fresh Plasma install
2. Set HiDPI scale to 200%
3. Switch between X11 and Wayland and see different sized cursors, X11 ones aren't scaled correctly and appear to small

OBSERVED RESULT

The cursors in X11 appear to small and have to be manually doubled

EXPECTED RESULT

Cursors should look the same no matter which backend is used
