SUMMARY
Cannot delete a loan account when created (No transactions)

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. create a Liability loan account
2. Right click on account
3. look at drop down list

OBSERVED RESULT No "delete account" available (grey drop down item)

If you created the loan with the wizard, it also created a scheduled payment.  You need to delete that payment before you can delete the account.
