SUMMARY
Manjaro Kde's kdeconnect can't access the copied content of android device, but android can access the copied content of manjaro kde. I have try kdeconnect and gsconnect, they all have the same problem. I think maybe android 10 restricted clipboard permissions. because there is ok beforce upgrade my redmi note7's system to android 10.

the kdeconnect application is base on android 10

I have find the reason. It's the Android 10 restricts clipboard permissions. Hope kdeconnect developer have another idea on clipboard sharing.

We have made a patch for the same. You can turn on persistent notification indicator. There is a button to send clipboard data to your desktop. Live clipboard is not possible now so you can just use the workaround.

Ok, I got it. Manjaro can get clipboard data from phone by your way
