I have find the reason. It's the Android 10 restricts clipboard permissions. Hope kdeconnect developer have another idea on clipboard sharing. We have made a patch for the same. You can turn on persistent notification indicator. There is a button to send clipboard data to your desktop. Live clipboard is not possible now so you can just use the workaround.
