SUMMARY
The Breeze 16x16 "placeholder icon" for executable applications is misaligned vertically by half a pixel.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin file manager.
2. Switch to the smallest zoom setting.
2. Open /usr/bin/ and scroll down to "akonadi_migration_agent" or another program with a "rectangular box" icon (not "gears").

OBSERVED RESULT
All horizontal lines in the rectangular box are blurred, as if it's been smeared vertically.

EXPECTED RESULT
All horizontal lines are sharp.
