SUMMARY
Just sometimes, blinking cursor disappears

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run Konsole
2. After some time, not immediately, cursor is disappearing

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 5.18.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.68.0
Qt Version: 5.12.8

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Ubuntu 20.04 minimal install + kde-plasma package

Mouse cursor or the input block cursor?

Sorry ignore the previous comment, I missed the blinking part. 

Are you able to maybe estimate how long before it disappeared?

Haven't seen it lately... Probably it's fixed in the meantime?
