STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. load any website with Chromium internet browser
2. press ctrl+s (kdialog opens, observe the size of the icons in its sidebar)
3. change kdialog height by maximizing/restoring it or manually resizing it vertically

OBSERVED RESULT
Size of icons in the sidebar changes

EXPECTED RESULT
size of icons in the sidebar should always be the same
