- What I was doing when the application crashed:

I cancelled a change in the monitor framerate.

- Unusual behavior I noticed:
Monitor connected to VGA was blank and frame rate was set (not by me) to 120Hz, which is not at all supported by that monitor (it is an LCD with support for 60Hz and 75Hz). Also the resolution was set to 1024x768 pixels (instead of 1280x1024).

Other issues I saw recently:
- Sometimes (after standby mode) the VGA monitor is blank and multi-monitor handling seems to be corrupted. When I then try to open KDE system settings, it seems to open on this blanked monitor. My KDE panel is on the working monitor, so when I try to "move" the KDE system settings  (via menu of the taskbar entry), I cannot move it to the working screen and I lose control over the mouse as well (the mouse pointer seems to be stuck on the blanked monitor). With Alt-Tab I can change to an already open shell window and shut-down the machine more or less cleanly.
- When I start a certain LXC root container, I had strange display bugs as well. (Gone after I removed [AFAIR] SYS_ADMIN from that container.)

The crash does not seem to be reproducible.
