In Amarok, in the playback option: enable "Resume playback on start".
Close Amarok and reopen it: the song that was previously playing is restarted from the beginning.
On the same machine VLC resume from the last portion option is working really fine.
And configure phonon is not displaying at all(https://imgur.com/JLzkAeJ.png)



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Settings >> configure -Amarok >> playback
2. Tick the Resume playback on start 
3. Apply & ok

OBSERVED RESULT
After restarting audio play from the beginning


EXPECTED RESULT
Playing from the portion where i left in the last session for long audio files(>10min)

Which Amarok version is this about? If it is a git build, please specify the date of the build
