Exemplary settings according pomodoro guideline

SUMMARY
RSI Break is a perfect to to emulate a Pomodoro Timer.

There is also a dedicated KDE Plasma widget called Focus

But it has only very basic functionality.

Thus, it would be great if there could be different timer profiles to define, then to be saved and to be selected from as well as a button to return back to the defaults.
