SUMMARY
KWalletManager doesn't launch from the system settings on the account details, there's a button bottom right that says "Launch Wallet Manager" and clicking it does nothing.  I opened settings in terminal and get this error "Couldn't load plugin "kcms/kcm_kwallet5" : "The shared library was not found."  -- falling back to old-style loading from desktop file" 

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open system settings
2. go to account details
3. click "Launch Wallet Manager" button on the bottom right

OBSERVED RESULT
nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
kwalletmanger opens
