There should be a padding here.

SUMMARY
Missing padding on extended system tray (Status and Notifications) between the header separator and the first element in the list below it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a Plasma on X11 or Wayland session.
2. Expand the system tray with the arrow symbol on the panel.
3. Notice the missing padding.

OBSERVED RESULT
Padding is missing and the first element's top border overlaps the separator.

EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a padding of about 4px.
