That's a problem with the underlying packages themselves on your system, not with anything Discover is doing; If you use `pkcon install [package name]`, you'll get the same thing.
Moving to neon.
Calibre isn't a KDE project so we don't include it in Neon. This does mean it won't install with the newer Qt built in Neon. It can be installed from e.g. https://flathub.org/apps/details/com.calibre_ebook.calibre |
