Don't you have the same issue with Plasma panels? Systray is not Latte responsibility
Comment 2 Andres 2020-06-18 18:17:48 UTC
no this only happens with latte dock if i exit out of latte dock i am able to use the arrow keys perfectly fine
Comment 3 Andres 2020-06-18 18:18:54 UTC
forgot to mention that i did try to create a plasma panel and add the systray to it and this issues does NOT happen
Comment 4 Andres 2020-06-18 20:16:19 UTC
on 0.9.11 i do not get this issue.I am able to add the system tray and applications process key inputs normally switched back to the git and once again it starts eating the up key on activating the systray. so i guess the problem is in the latest git
Comment 5 Michail Vourlakos 2020-06-18 20:21:26 UTC
I can't reproduce this
Comment 6 Andres 2020-06-18 20:34:16 UTC
wow this one was my bad apparently while i didn't have a shortcut set for the status bar I did for some reason had the notfication systray applet set with the down arrow. I guess it wasn't happening in 0.9.11 because of the other issue i opend where the moe layout isn't working can this be marked as not a bug or should I set the status to resolved? sorry for the confusion, this was my bad I should have noticed that it was opening to a particular item in the system tray and checked if it had a shortcut set.
