Fresh install KDE Neon on Virtualbox to evaluate and it seems double click to maximize title bar is not working. I changed behaviour from "Titlebar Actions" to minimize and still nothing.

Sorry.After double reboot its working as axpected. Virtualbox glitch maybe.
