This picture shows the broken double-blur effect.

SUMMARY
I have set it up to suspend compositor when games are running in Kwin settings. Before I launch a game, the dock looks normal. After playing the game and then closing it (and the compositor re-enabling) the dock has a weird 'double blur' effect. In order to get rid of this effect i need to

killall latte-dock
latte-dock &

This has occured with many games, though not uniformly when the compositor is disabled (sometimes, the double blur glitch does not occur.)
It definitely occurs with Risk of Rain 2, Minecraft with Optifine, Doom 2016 and Doom Eternal, Ace Combat 7, and Space Engineers.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Observe dock
2. Launch a game with KWIN autosuspend compositor enabled.
3. Close Game
4. Observe dock

OBSERVED RESULT
Dock with weird double blur effect, attached screenshot will highlight.

EXPECTED RESULT
Normal-looking dock.

1. it would be better to confirm that still occurs for Latte git version
2. it is better to provide a before and after screenshots

#1- it doesn't occur with Git, however, Git has janky issues of its own that prevent me from using it.
#2- Screenshots attached.

If does not occur with git version then I don't have to fix something, v0.9.11 is the last of v0. 9.x branch
