SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Assign a shortcut e.g. Meta+B for Brave browser
2. Click Apply
3. the shortcut doesn`t run Brave Browser

OBSERVED RESULT
no action

EXPECTED RESULT
shortcuts should open the app. However default Meta + E opens dolphin

System Settings->Shortcuts->Global Shortcuts..
and then as per the screenshot (Applications-Custom shortcuts )
