STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right-click on Clipboard icon in system tray, click on "Configure clipboard..."
2. click on "Help" button on bottom: khelpcenter opens and says "Documentation not found"
3. type "klipper" in the search field and press enter: khelpcenter finds klipper documentation

EXPECTED RESULT
khelpcenter should show klipper documentation after click on "Help" button

The plasma applet is not klipper; the khelpcenter behavior is correct. 
The plasma applet should either declare that it doesn't export any documentation, or defined some.

It is a duplicate of bug 422056.
