Some components are really too big and make Inkscape looks ugly.
Inkscape maintainer insisted that this is a problem coming from breeze theme.

Did you change the font DPI, any environment variables, or use a high DPI scale factor of any kind?

Sorry for not updating the status of the bug, the big combobox appears also with Adwaita theme so it's Inkscape/gtk3 bug. The other is related to Inkscape not being able to load correct icon size. So this bug can be closed :)
