SUMMARY
Login sound gone missing in 5.19.0

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set login sound in notifications
2. Login to desktop
3. No login music

OBSERVED RESULT
No login sound

EXPECTED RESULT
I expected to hear doo dee doo daa

It appears that sound does not become active until the desktop loads. I noticed at login the volume icon appears on the taskbar as muted then quickly umutes itself.

Same issue.
What @Texstar mentioned makes sense since it's the only system sound that doesn't work when intended, but yet it sounds when I test it on the settings menu.
