Please reset your configuration:https://docs.krita.org/en/KritaFAQ.html#resetting-krita-configuration and make sure you're using a mouse. Also for cases like that, it's better to write a post on krita-artists.org - it's a user-oriented and much more user-friendly forum that this website. This website is development-oriented only (and tools and brushes work for other people so I believe it might be a configuration issue in your case or something like that).
