SUMMARY
E.g.if a tool provides its own cut/copy/paste, double entries are show or
entries exists also for tools that do not support these.
Result is confusing ui.

I side effect (?) of this design is that the text tool doeas not provide cut/copy/paste itself,
thus these are not supported in e.g. text shapes added to sheets.

Words need to be able to add the 'Shape Properties' entry but maybe this should be added only when the deafult tool is active?
