It also doesn't work when started via the KDE kickoff menu or krunner. STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. Right click on the title bar of any application, e.g. kate 2. More actions 3. Window management settings OBSERVED RESULT No any settings window appears. EXPECTED RESULT "Window management settings" window.
