SUMMARY

When running the google play music desktop player version 4.7.1-2 from AUR and the automatic screen saver kicks in, the screen tends t stay locked and powerdevil will not deactivate.  I have journalctl output which shows the issue being inability to create AF_NETLINK socket, this happened also on another pc running similar configuration.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. run GPMDP in background
2. leave screen to go into sleep mode
3. screen remains locked

OBSERVED RESULT

screen remains locked and will not reactivate.

EXPECTED RESULT

screensaver exits and you can log in again

Thanks for the bug report, and I'm sorry we weren't able to get to this until now. A lot has changed since the issue was reported; can I ask you to check and see if it still happens in Plasma 6.3.5 or later? Thanks a lot!
