SUMMARY
When filtering tasks by category in Kontact, Kontact momentarily hangs then crashes.  The following message is displayed in the console (when Kontact is launched from the console):

kf5.kxmlgui: KActionCollection::setComponentName does not work on a KActionCollection containing actions! "korganizer"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "Select Categories" drop-down
2. Select category
3. Watch productivity dreams die

Program crashes

A correction:

The error previously mentioned appears upon the launch of kontact (and not korganizer).  It seems to not be related to the issue.

I'm working on a backtrace, but strangely, Plasma locks up when attempting to crash korganizer when running gdb.  I will post a backtrace if I can manage to generate one.

I closing this one since its very old and refers to an unmaintained version and we've completely redone categories since then
