I search this for everywhere but I do not fount this STEPS TO REPRODUCE 1. drag and drop effect in the clip in time line 2. the properties windows dont appears I search this in the menu view but it only shows the clip porperties windows OBSERVED RESULT the effect is not applicable EXPECTED RESULT shows the properties effects SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS Windows: Windows 10 v1909
